How much does IT support cost?
Remote IT support is $65 for a 30-minute session, or $175 for a 3-pack if you need multiple sessions. Managed IT for small businesses starts at $199/month. For on-site work, we quote every job upfront based on what’s needed — no surprise bills, and no travel fee within our service area.
How fast do you respond to service requests?
We reply to any inquiry within one hour during business hours (Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 11–4). Remote IT support can usually be delivered within 24 hours. Same-day on-site visits are often possible when the schedule permits.
Do you serve residential customers or small businesses?
Both. About half our work is home IT support (computer repair, WiFi, security cameras, smart home) and the other half is small business IT support and managed services. We have separate service pages for each so you can find what fits.

Computer repair diagnostics and estimates are always free — if you don’t want the repair after we quote it, you owe us nothing. For other services (WiFi, security cameras, smart home, managed IT), we provide free upfront quotes based on the job scope, so you know the price before we start any work.
Do you come to my location, or do I bring my computer to you?
We come to you. YS Tech Services is a service-area business — we don’t have a walk-in shop. We deliver support three ways: remote (secure remote session), on-site (we come to your home or office), or pickup-and-return for computer repair (we collect the hardware, work on it, and deliver it back — free within 5–7 miles of Manalapan).
