We verify your purchase and give you a code
Once your Square purchase clears, we send you a one-time connection code by text or email. The code is good for one session.

Click Start a Remote Session and enter the code we gave you. We’ll ask permission to connect — nothing happens until you say yes.
We fix it while you watch
You see everything we do on your screen. Most issues resolve in 30–60 minutes. The session ends when we’re done.

Is letting someone control my computer safe?
It’s the question we get most often. Here’s the honest answer.
- You see everything we do. The session uses your screen as the source of truth. Whatever happens on your computer happens in front of you.
- You can end the session at any time. Close the window, click “Disconnect,” or just unplug from the internet. The connection stops.
- Encrypted, enterprise-grade tools. We use ScreenConnect, the same remote-support platform used by managed-IT firms and Fortune-500 help desks. End-to-end encrypted.
- No persistent access. When the session ends, we have zero further access to your computer. To start a new session, you’d need a new code.
- No permanent software installed. The connection runs through a small one-time program. It removes itself after the session unless you specifically ask us to leave it for ongoing managed support.

What we can’t fix remotely
Remote support handles software, settings, accounts, and most everyday computer issues. It can’t fix:
- Hardware failures — broken screens, dead drives, fried motherboards, bad RAM, failed power supplies
- Computers that can’t reach the internet at all — if there’s no network, there’s nothing for us to connect through
- Physical setup work — running cables, mounting cameras, installing access points

What can’t be fixed remotely?
